Camino Pilgrim organises and sells travel services, including:
guided Camino de Santiago experiences
package travel services
personalised trip planning
Services may include:
accommodation
luggage transfer
private or shared transfers
pilgrim support
other related travel services
Camino Pilgrim also offers access to merchandise and branded clothing, which is sold and fulfilled directly by an independent partner – Yazzoo Personalised Clothing Ltd. When purchasing any product, clients are entering into a sales contract with Yazzoo Personalised Clothing Ltd, which is fully responsible for the sale process, payment, delivery, exchanges, and returns in accordance with its own terms and policies.
Camino Pilgrim does not operate an e-commerce shop and does not process or manage payments, orders, or returns for merchandise. Any questions or claims regarding products must be addressed directly to Yazzoo Personalised Clothing Ltd.

Before booking, the customer will receive clear information about:
destination and itinerary
duration of the trip
included and excluded services
total price
payment conditions
physical requirements

A booking is confirmed when:
the customer accepts the proposal in writing
and pays the required deposit
The booking is fully confirmed only once full payment is received. After confirmation, the customer will receive:
travel documentation
details of the contracted services

Prices include only the services listed in the proposal.
Payment conditions:
20% deposit required at the time of booking
full payment due by the specified deadline
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking.

The customer may cancel the booking in writing.
The following cancellation fees apply:
more than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit
59 to 31 days: 50 percent of total price
less than 30 days: 100 percent of total price
6.1 Non-refundable services
Some services may have stricter conditions, including:
non-refundable accommodation
prepaid transport
third-party services
In these cases, higher cancellation fees may apply.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds, when applicable:
will be processed within 14 days
using the original payment method where possible
6.3 Trip interruption
No refunds will be issued for unused services after the trip has started.
6.4 No-show
Failure to attend results in 100 percent loss of the booking value.
6.5 Travel insurance
Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance with cancellation cover.

These may involve:
additional costs
limited availability

Camino Pilgrim may change or cancel services due to:
force majeure
unforeseen circumstances
minimum participant numbers not being met
In such cases:
an equivalent alternative will be offered
or a full refund will be provided

Camino Pilgrim is responsible for the proper performance of the contracted services.
This includes services provided by third parties.
Liability is excluded in cases of:
force majeure
customer misconduct
actions of third parties unrelated to the contracted services
All travel decisions are made at the client’s own risk. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance, valid documents, and physical readiness for the pilgrimage.

Camino Pilgrim holds the mandatory liability insurance.
Customers must ensure they have:
adequate travel insurance
medical coverage
cancellation coverage

Camino Pilgrim is covered by the Portuguese Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund.
This ensures:
refunds in case of insolvency
assistance to travelers where applicable

Customers must ensure they are physically fit for the trip.
Camino Pilgrim is not responsible for incidents that may occur during, before or after the trip.

Customers must:
follow schedules and instructions
respect local rules and regulations
hold valid travel documents

Customers may submit complaints:
directly to Camino Pilgrim
through the official complaints platform

Applies to bookings of 6 or more participants.
15.1 Confirmation
Group booking is confirmed when:
the proposal is accepted
the deposit is paid
One contact person will represent the group.
15.2 Payments
initial non-refundable deposit required
full payment due up to 45 days before departure
15.3 Changes
Changes in group size may:
affect pricing
depend on availability
15.4 Cancellation
more than 60 days: loss of deposit
59 to 30 days: 50 percent
less than 30 days: 100 percent
Partial cancellations:
individual penalties apply
price per person may change
15.5 Substitutions
Participant substitutions are allowed:
up to 15 days before departure
subject to approval
Administrative fees may apply.
15.6 Minimum participants
If minimum numbers are not met:
the trip may be cancelled
a full refund will be issued

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from or relating to this website or its services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese Courts.
