Camino Pilgrim provides advisory and trip-planning services for individuals undertaking the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. Services include route planning, preparation advice, and facilitation of accommodation or transport through independent, licensed partners.

Camino Pilgrim also offers access to merchandise and branded clothing, which is sold and fulfilled directly by an independent partner – Yazzoo Personalised Clothing Ltd. When purchasing any product, clients are entering into a sales contract with Yazzoo Personalised Clothing Ltd, which is fully responsible for the sale process, payment, delivery, exchanges, and returns in accordance with its own terms and policies.

Camino Pilgrim does not operate an e-commerce shop and does not process or manage payments, orders, or returns for merchandise. Any questions or claims regarding products must be addressed directly to Yazzoo Personalised Clothing Ltd.

Camino Pilgrim does not act as a travel agency and does not sell or operate travel packages directly. All bookings for accommodation, transport, or other services are made directly between the client and the respective third-party providers.

Initial consultation appointments provided by Camino Pilgrim are free of charge. However, we kindly ask all clients to respect our time and availability.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or failure to attend may result in the loss of access to future free appointments.

Camino Pilgrim acts solely as an advisor and facilitator. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party suppliers or other circumstances beyond our control.

All travel decisions are made at the client’s own risk. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance, valid documents, and physical readiness for the pilgrimage.
